I notice that the indoor air quality readings displayed in the Kidde app are not matching with other indoor air quality monitors in my home. Why is that?
It is important when comparing readings between different devices that the comparison is truly under the same conditions. Placement of the devices in the space (e.g., ceiling vs. floor) can have an impact on their readings. If the devices are not right beside each other, or one of the devices is closer to a vent or fan, this could impact the difference.
